Once you have received acknowledgement of your acceptance to the program you will be sent an email with your course assignments. This is usually no more than just a few days later. You may then begin your course work. Initially, you must complete the Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis Module or Module 101. Other modules may be taken in different orders but the student should stay close to the recommended curriculum.

After you complete the assignments for a module the student is to then email his or her course work to the school for grading and evaluation. All courses are graded by a pass or fail. Once you receive acknowledgement that you have satisfactorily completed the course assignments for the module you will then be billed, by email, for the tuition fee for that module. Each module is $100. Payment is made through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment. Payment can be made with any major credit/debit card or through a bank account payment. PayPal assures that the student's confidential banking information remains with them.

Once the payment is received for the completed module the student will then receive credit for the module. When you have completed all 15 modules you are then eligible for graduation with the JD degree. The only other fee is a graduation/diploma fee of $50.
